Approach
Conception of go-to-market strategy, commercial terms, legal foundations, etc., incl. development of reusable templates:
Sales presentations, discussion guidelines, support concepts, input checklists, and training concepts
End-to-end delivery of the first pilot projects: sales conversations, facilitated workshops, creation of financial plans, project plans, LOIs and contracts, product management in MVP development, and launch support
Parallel building of a dedicated team and successive handover of line responsibility
